Our Managing Director, Thandukwazi Buthelezi is an experienced corporate and commercial attorney with a wealth of experience. Mr Buthelezi is also an experienced corporate executive, deal maker and transaction advisor within various industries. His previous experiences include being a CEO in a major steel processing and trading company, heading a commercial division in a major coal and chrome mining company, as well as practicing as an attorney in one of South Africa’s largest law firms for a number of years. He advises several local and conglomerates in the fields of employment law, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, company law, competition law and various fields of law. Furthermore, he sits on various boards within various sectors as non-executive director. His exposure and leadership expertise brings a formidable impact within the TSB INCORPORATED business in terms of driving the operational strategy, and bring about stability and growth within the company.
